Terms and Conditions- Cloud9 Design-Wholesale to the trade Accounts
All new accounts must complete Customer Information Form. All new accounts are subject to approval by Cloud9 Design and Cloud9 Design reserves the right to decline any account at its sole discretion. All accounts will be reviewed periodically. Opening accounts must be prepaid by credit card (we accept all major credit cards), pro forma or check. Net 30 days may be requested for future orders and require a satisfactory credit check by our factors Prime Business Credit.
Stocking Dealer: $300.00 first order and no minimum on reorders
Non Stocking Dealer: $300.00 first order. No Minimum for Reorders
Cloud9 Design reserves the right to reject any orders based on current credit worthiness or past due accounts
Any account with no activity in the previous 12 months is considered inactive and will require $300.00 minimum opening order.
Cloud9 Design will accept drop ship orders for additional charge of $5.00 per item.
Shipping Terms: FOB New Jersey. All goods are shipped through FedEx Ground unless otherwise stated on the order.
Shipping will be charged by weight/volume of the goods as per FedEx charges and is the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be added to the final invoice before shipping the items and must be paid in full prior to the goods leaving the warehouse.
Cloud9 Design will ship back orders or partial orders as product becomes available unless it states otherwise on the order.
Merchandise/Shipment Shortage: Any shortage claims need to be filed with Cloud9 Design within 3 days of receiving goods. Any claims not received within 3 days of receipt shall not be honored by Cloud9 Design.
Cloud9 Design will accept returns for only defective or incorrect items shipped within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Should you need to return any product, please contact Cloud9 to get RA Number. RA packing list and RA number should be clearly marked on all cartons. Any return without an RA number issued by Cloud9 Design will be refused. Appropriate credit for returns is issued after receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Handcrafted items do have minor variations in dye lot, stitching or size. These variations are not considered as defective.
Re Stocking Fee: Any non-defective returns authorized by Cloud9 Design will incur a 20% Restocking fee.
Internet Sales and Policy:
The sale of merchandise from Cloud9 Design by way of the internet is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization by Cloud9 Design.
In order to protect, maintain and preserve the quality image associated with our brand, we prohibit any use, display, presentation, sale, and offer for sale or promotion of any of our products or reproductions by way of internet without prior express written authorization of Cloud9 Design LLC.
Custom Orders: Cloud9 Design offers custom orders for different programs for all items and we can also manufacture completely new designs based on the customer's needs. These orders must be received in writing and require a 50% deposit. These orders are not subject to change, cancellation or any returns.
Orders Placed at Trade Shows: All orders placed at the Trade Shows are considered as Final orders and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Other Important Information:
Please note that these are handmade, printed, foiled products. No two pieces can be exactly alike.
Discrepancy might occur in different dye lots as we hand dye and make all items by Hand.
Please allow extra time for shipping during peak seasons like the Holidays and Post shows.
